Work Ethic:

I strive for quality and details in my images, utilizing top-flight gear to capture images. My scenic/outdoors/fine art photographs are not digitally manipulated or enhanced unnaturally. I am a photography purist, but certainly one who embraces the convenience of digital photo editing. I approach my shooting from the photojournalist perspective, and strive to capture a real scene that can be brought vividly to life through careful framing, perspective, and lighting. I do touch-up work and related digital editing, but am not a "photo illustrator." I have extensive digital darkroom skills for use when needed, but prefer to get things right at the time of the shoot.

Scott is a member of the National Press Photographers Association (NPPA) and Nikon Professional Services (NPS). He has a BSBA from the University of Arizona, 1992.
